D27天6月25号早上在八宿县一家饭店吃早点，遇到了两个西安开小货车的司机，委托他们将我的两个小气罐带到拉萨。中午乘座大巴车前往西藏拉萨。因为八宿然乌镇到拉萨的318国道我已经骑行过两趟了，不想再骑第三遍了直接坐车到拉萨为下个骑行计划节约几天的时间。

D29天6月27号气温12一22度晴天。拉萨已经来过了几次市区各景点也游览到访过了决定不在停留。今天是反骑新藏线的第一天早上8点半从拉萨起程，骑行了120公里入住尼木县吞巴乡。途中路况很好上午多为平缓道路起伏不大骑行较为轻松，午餐在曲水县城伊斯兰饭馆解决。下午的318国道路面变窄进入了峡谷路段大货车多安全有一定的风险。（大货车多的原因是限速限时照成的）今天途中没有什么新鲜的特别景色。http://image1.8264.com/forum/201811/04/100315zws3kzhdfb3tvaql.JPG!t3w825h0x9m1

D30天6月28号吞巴乡一日喀则市区骑行152公里。今天上午继续沿着318国道骑行仍然是峡谷路段，有一段路程是和拉日铁路并行。途中经过几个乡镇午餐在年木乡解决。下午骑出了峡谷进入路面较为宽阔平缓的起伏路段，沿着宽阔的雅鲁藏布江畔骑行来到日喀则市区，日喀则市是旅游城市客房价格比较高，我没有找到合适的住宿只好一个人100元住一个晚上了。

D31天6月29号早上有小雨上午到市区的扎布仑寺和小布达拉宫参观。今天正好是藏族的晒佛节，扎布仑寺周围挤满了前来朝拜的信众人山人海，我只好远距离拍照扎布仑寺的宏伟建筑。今天的骑行途中看到藏族民众的生活还是很富足各行各业还是很繁荣兴旺的。今天骑行106公里旁晚九点多来到了拉孜县的热萨乡，这个乡没有住宿的地方。我只好求助当地派出所，这里的值班民警为我提供了热情的帮助。

扎什伦布寺位于西藏日喀则的尼色日山下。是该地区最大的寺庙。扎什伦布寺可与达赖的布达拉宫相媲美。它与拉萨的“三大寺”甘丹寺、色拉寺、哲蚌寺合称藏传佛教格鲁派的“四大寺”。四大寺以及青海的塔尔寺和甘肃的拉卜楞寺并列为格鲁派的“六大寺”。

D32天6月30号早上7点由热萨乡出发就开始爬坡翻越了一个海拔4400米以上的垭口十点半来到了拉孜县城在这里和一个河北的27岁的骑友相遇，下午途中又翻越了一个海拔4500米以上的昂拉山高山垭口，下午6点半骑行来到了昂仁县入住骑行了112公里，在这里发现了自行车的后轮幅条断了一根因为没有专用工具费尽周析才将车子搞好。

这位是河北省衡水市的年轻骑友27岁，我俩是在拉孜县城相遇的都是骑行新藏线，搭伴骑行了七八公里后我感到年龄和体力悬殊太大，我就主动告诉他自己的体力不行骑的也比较慢不想拖累他让他先走了

D33天7月1号多云7-14度。昂仁县出发一桑桑镇骑行70公里。早上我一早就起床了，我带有小高压锅做好了两人的大米粥等他食用，等到了8点半他还没有起床我只好一个人先走了。途中前半晌翻越了两个海抜4500米以上的高山垭口，还补了一次内胎。下午翻越了两个4700米以上的高山垭口旁晚5点来到了桑桑镇入住。中午以后年轻骑友追上了我，因体力悬殊大叫他先走了。今晚我俩又住在一个房间了。

D34天7月2号气温4一13度。昂仁县桑桑镇一切热乡骑行86公里。昨晚上桑桑镇下了一夜的雨早上雨停了天气转为多云，为骑行提供良好的气象条件。昨天晚上我俩仍然住在一个房间，这样也挺好的房间费分担费用降低不寂寞不孤单，我年龄大起的早早上还是我先行一步。下午5点我先来到了切热乡入住藏民开的白雪宾馆后年轻骑友才来到。途中翻越了两座高山垭口，第一座结拉山海拔高度没有标明骑行攻略上为海拔4942米。第二座山索白拉山有标注。这几天的下午老是刮逆风给骑行增加了点难度。
