10月16日上午，2019焦作(青天河)红叶节暨第三届“印象金博爱 魅力青天河”全国摄影大赛启动仪式在青天河景区靳家岭隆重举行。河南省文化和旅游厅副巡视员张建州,焦作市人大常委会副主任李平启,市人民政府副市长牛炎平,市政协副主席霍晓丽,市军分区副司令员张应龙,中国金融摄影家协会副主席孙祺然、副秘书长徐全心,焦作市文化广电和旅游局局长金贵斌,市市场监督管理局党组书记张林等20余家市直单位负责人，博爱县五大班子领导以及县直有关单位和媒体嘉宾出席了开幕式。当天，来自全国各地的摄影爱好者、游客1万余人走进青天河景区共赏十万亩红叶海的壮丽美景，共同见证了此次红叶节开幕式的盛况。启动仪式由中共博爱县委副书记、县长张红卫主持。http://p1.pstatp.com/large/pgc-image/184465ec764443fc9551b61aa2f5688d

据悉，青天河“时光隧道”旅游体验项目也在红叶节期间面向游客朋友们开放（票价：1. 成人68元/人，青天河门票+时光隧道98元/人。2.身高1.2——1.4米儿童58元/人，身高1.2米以下儿童在成年人监护下免票）。红叶节期间（2019年10月16日至11月30日），青天河景区还将对全国游客执行“八项优惠政策”（具体附后），让全国游客都能在领略金秋时节的美好！附：八项优惠政策1.红叶节期间，65周岁以上老人，凭有效证件可享受门票免费的优惠政策。2.红叶节期间，现役军人、革命伤残军人、全国公安民警、全国在职消防救援人员、全国公安烈士遗属凭有效证件，门票全免；残疾人凭残疾证门票全免。视力、智力残疾人和一级二级肢体残疾人的一名陪护人员，可享受门票免费的优惠政策。3.红叶节期间，凡持有中华人民共和国新闻出版总署签发的记者证和全国地市级以上摄影家协会会员证的游客可享受门、船票免费的政策。4.红叶节期间，港、澳、台同胞及境外游客凭有效证件，可享受门票免费的优惠政策。5.红叶节期间，游客凭青天河景区门票可免费游览月山寺景区。6.红叶节期间，姓名中含有“青天河红叶”任一字样的游客，凭有效证件可享受免门票的优惠政策。7.红叶节期间，全国游客可享受周一至周五门票40元/人、周六周日门票60元/人的优惠政策。8.红叶节期间，学生凭有效证件，可享受周一至周五门票20元/人、周六周日门票30元/人的优惠政策。
