焦作的过街天桥存在还有意义吗？

焦作花那么多钱建造的四座过街天桥，已经成为装饰品了，建天桥初心肯定是为了减轻道路交通的压力，可是现在呢？每天高峰期的时候都会特别拥堵，特别是人民医院和二医院
