汉堡／三明治类

除了肉排种类，服务员也经常询问要搭配的面包种类及配菜（side / side dish）。

常见肉排：

可能经煎（pan fried）、烤（grilled）、熏（smoked）等料理手法处理过。

● chicken 鸡

● lamb 羊

● turkey 火鸡

● salmon 鲑鱼

常见面包种类：

● white bread 白面包

● whole wheat bread 全麦面包

意大利面类

Pasta是意大利面的总称，意大利面面常会搭配不同面条、肉类，并淋上不同酱汁（sauce）。

常见酱汁：

● bolognese sauce 意大利面肉酱

● green sauce / pesto 青酱

● white sauce 白酱

● tomato sauce 红酱

除了这些酱料，意大利面也经常会跟橄榄油（olive oil）、香蒜（garlic）、白酒（white wine）、辣椒（chili）等搭配。
